Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months or have set expiry dates.
- Not redeemable for cash and non refundable
- Not valid with any other offers.
- Not separable, if a package.
- All bookings are subject to availability of therapists.
- Transferable to another person's name.
- Exchangeable & upgradeable to another service of equal or lesser value or products that Retreat in the Suburbs provides. If a service is upgraded the difference is to be paid. No change is given.
- It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to arrange an appointment a minimum of 1 week prior to the expiry date.
- All services are subject to change and availability. If a service is no longer available it is exchangeable for other products and/or services to the value of the voucher.
Past the expiry date:
- Retreat in the Suburbs will not be responsible or re-issue any lost vouchers.
- If terms and conditions are not adhered to, Retreat in the Suburbs, has no obligation to honour an expired gift voucher.
